Employee's Leave Summary report contains other employee's information on their leave entitlement, balance, and leave request.

This report can be accessed by an employee who has Admin and Leave role, Manager and Substitute Manager. The employee who has Admin and Leave role can see all users, while the manager can see those users reporting to him/her.

  1. Go to leave application.
  2. Go to Reports > My Summary.
  3. Select the employee name and click on "Generate Report" button.
  4. Entitlement and Balance section show the employee's leave entitlement.

  5. Leave Request section is employee current year's leave request. Click on "Show Archived" to display previous years leave request.
