Status

Not Started
| This status is for new employee who has not start work yet. This employee can’t log in to the system.

Probation
| For an employee who is serving the probation period.
|
Active
| For confirmed employee.
|
Notice Period
| For an employee who has tendered resignation and serving the notice periods.
|
Resigned
| For an employee who has resigned and left the company. HR wish to keep the record for reference purposes. This employee can’t log in to the system.
|
Offer Declined
| For candidate has rejected a job offer. This is for record purposed. This employee can’t log in to the system.
|
Suspend
| For an employee who has committed misconduct and suspended before disciplinary inquiry. This employee can’t log in to the system.
