By default, everyone's claim required reporting manager approval. However, you can create more than one workflow for various person and office. Here are the steps by steps to create a new workflow route:

  1. Go to claim application.
  2. From the menu, go to Settings > Claim Setting and click on "Add Claim Workflow".

The example below screenshot, Demo Workflow is for William Beh.

You can have up to ten workflow routes. You can assign each workflow route with different status name and assigned to the different approver. The example below screenshot, Demo Workflow has two workflow routes. The first route assigns to Employee Manager and the second route assigns to Eric Froo.

When William Beh submit a claim, the Workflow route will automatically generated.
